Bradford, West Yorkshire
Double Storey Extension and Full Renovation
PBS were tasked with updating this traditional looking home to create a more modern and open living space for a family of 5. The project included moving walls to create a new kitchen / diner, utility, office, play room, 2 additional bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, and full decoration throughout. To the exterior, the walls were rendered with new windows fitted. Front and back gardens were fully landscaped, and a stone driveway laid.

The property was mostly lived in throughout the renovation process but we were able to manage this through careful planning and shutting off of key areas.
After
The extensive work carried out completely transformed this property. The result is a stunning, bespoke family home that perfectly suits the needs of a growing family.

Leeds, West Yorkshire
Single storey lean-to extension
PBS were asked to create a single storey lean-to extension at this property in Leeds, adding a kitchen / diner, new living area, utility and WC.
Before
During
We started by pulling down the garage and building the lean-to extension with a hip roof. We removed the wall in the kitchen to create the dining room and snug. Disruption was kept to a minimum by delaying knocking through the internal walls, until all the prep work was finalised.
After
The result is an open plan living / tv area integrated with a modern, family friendly kitchen. The exterior has was also uplifted with rendering to the front and sides of the property.
