Stephen Drake

Director/ Master Plasterer
Following a successful career in sales, Steve retrained as a plasterer, completing his qualification in 2011, before taking an extra year to qualify as master plasterer in 2012.

Learning the tools of the trade from his successful Father in Law, and developing four of his own properties along the way, Steve honed his skills before setting up his own company, Precision Building Services.

It has since developed into a multifaceted property maintenance and construction company, operating across both domestic and commercial fields.

Paul Fitton

Painter and Decorator / Multi-Skilled Labourer
Paul started his career in the care industry, working as a carer on a nursing unit in a local home. After years of helping family and friends with painting and decorating, he decided to move on and take it up full time. ​

With experience in various labourer roles, Paul has supported many tradesmen, honing his skills along the way. Prior to joining PBS, Paul was deputy manager in an electrical wholesalers, but soon got itchy feet sat behind a desk, deciding to move on to join the PBS team full time.

Alex Townend

Project Manager / Multi-skilled tradesman
Alex began his career in the building trade with Yorkshire Housing, where he started work as skilled labourer. His knowledge and experience quickly grew and he soon became appointed Site Manager, overseeing the production, completion and after sales of over 30 new builds.

With a wealth of experience, including time spent running his own firm, Alex is multi-skilled with a great eye for detail.

Mark Tallant

Master Plumber
Mark Tallant has over 40 years experience in the plumbing industry. He is also skilled in various other trades, including joinery and plastering. A true master plumber, Mark has worked with PBS for over 10 years.
